I'm visiting family in Summerset and have had an awesome time here. Excellent programming, laid back atmosphere, and tons of opportunity to work on weaknesses. Experienced coaches in each class I've been to. I was encouraged and pushed to do my best. Drew even let me borrow his lifters! Highly recommend y'all :)
So, as a the new guy, I have to say my experiance has been fantastic,. Great people, coaching and atmosphere. Truly the place of "no judgement". Thanks to all for the encouragement.

Dropped in for 5:30am class. Had a good workout with some good people, and Natalie did an awesome job coaching! Hope to make it back again!
Great friendly and non-judgmental atmosphere with coaches that make everyone feel welcome and help each person find the right way to scale each workout to the individual. Definitely recommend this gym!
