We take our son here and love Dr. Mills! The other staff are nice and helpful as well!
We love Dr Mills! She is excellent and the nursing staff has been wonderful.
We’ve always used Dr. Teaster. He is very patient, kind, and receptive. We’ve never had an issue with having to wait, scheduling, or billing. We’ve even been worked in around holidays. My kids are also never intimidated by this office. They walk in like they’re going to visit a friend.
Doctor Teaster and the nurses have always been such a blessing to our family. They have always been so patient, kind, and compassionate. Doctor T has to be one of the more patient doctors we’ve ever met. We have never felt pressured in anyway by him or his staff on how to care for our child. Nurse Jennifer has always been our favorite! She’s so sweet with our boy.
The billing department is horrendous. They sent a bill stating we've not made any payments since July 2024, despite multiple phone payments and checks from 2024 and 2025. After adding everything up, i think they might actually owe us money. I'm stuck spending all this time collecting proof of all these payments we weren't credited for. Additionally, they're trying to charge a ridiculous $195 non-payment fee!
