We see Dr. Mills who is a newer doctor at this practice, and she cares for both my kids. My husband and I think she is fantastic! She is attentive, transparent, and provides education and current research regarding her care and collaboration on treatment. If I've ever needed a new prescription written due to a pharmacy being out of medication, she is fast to get it in. Had Dr Teaster, misdiagnose two fractures in my lower back as a bone bruise at age 12.
I initially chose this pediatrician out of pure convenience since it’s very close to home but have grown to love Dr. Teaster and the wonderful team here! We are always treated kindly and the office runs so smoothly, we never have to wait long if at all and are usually directed straight into an exam room. Dr. Teaster is so patient and informative with my never ending questions and concerns being a first time parent and also has been flexible with our little ones vaccine schedule. Our child ended up in the hospital because of the negligence of the doctor who saw her at the office. When complaining to the office manager, she didn't seem to want to hear the complaint and didn't even apologize. During sick visits, Doctor T wrote his notes in the corner and didn't have a good bedside manner. I would not recommend this doctors office.
