The billing department is horrendous. They sent a bill stating we've not made any payments since July 2024, despite multiple phone payments and checks from 2024 and 2025. After adding everything up, i think they might actually owe us money. I'm stuck spending all this time collecting proof of all these payments we weren't credited for. Additionally, they're trying to charge a ridiculous $195 non-payment fee!
We see Dr. Mills who is a newer doctor at this practice, and she cares for both my kids. My husband and I think she is fantastic! She is attentive, transparent, and provides education and current research regarding her care and collaboration on treatment. If I've ever needed a new prescription written due to a pharmacy being out of medication, she is fast to get it in. Had Dr Teaster, misdiagnose two fractures in my lower back as a bone bruise at age 12.
I initially chose this pediatrician out of pure convenience since it’s very close to home but have grown to love Dr. Teaster and the wonderful team here! We are always treated kindly and the office runs so smoothly, we never have to wait long if at all and are usually directed straight into an exam room. Our child ended up in the hospital because of the negligence of the doctor who saw her at the office. When complaining to the office manager, she didn't seem to want to hear the complaint and didn't even apologize. During sick visits, Doctor T wrote his notes in the corner and didn't have a good bedside manner. I would not recommend this doctors office.
