Roy is a great communicator and kept me informed each step of the way. They did a great job insulating a very tight attic. We did run into a little problem and, without a question, he took care of it quickly and in a very professional manner. I would have him do work for me again.
Highly recommend Roy and Black Bear. Roy gives you an honest assessment and offers good info on how much each inch of insulation adds to the percentage of efficiency. Good info and honest advice with no pressure at all. They showed up on time, work was very good, and I am 100% satisfied.
Blackbear did a great job on our 2 stage spray foam install. Roy is a pleasure to deal with and his personable crew did impeccable AND CLEAN work both times here on site. I would strongly suggest calling Blackbear for your insulation needs!
Great product, quality work and professional staff. After two failed attempts to get a quote for my garage, I went to the Better Business Bureau and found this A+ rated company. I left a voicemail on Friday, Roy showed up Saturday morning and had a quote on Sunday. The job was finished Tuesday (a day earlier than quoted). The work was quality and today the garage was cooler than my house. As a former Energy Audit Engineer, I can tell you that this product is far superior to fiberglass batt insulation.
