I was there yesterday for Sunday football and had traveled 1 hr. to get to this supposedly great steakhouse. Sat in the bar area..... worst service we have ever experienced ANYWHERE!! The Bartender was a female who was definitely overwhelmed while trying to be a waitress at the same time. I ordered a filet medium rare. It came medium well and it was tiny!I don’t send food back. It should be correct the first time. The loaded potato soup was thin with long slices of potatoes. There are to many restaurants in Fresno to choose from.... no second chances. Coupons won’t help get return customers with this poor quality.
Watch out for over billing! Keep your tag and compare it to your end of month statement! They helped themselves to a few extra dollars on mine and after two calls to them, manager Seth has not called back!!
As always the service and food was great. I make use of their coupons they email me. Can’t beat free lobster tails.
Food was excellent, service-Not So Much! Made our reservation on-line. Noted that we were celebrating our 57th Anniversary..what’s the point of asking if no one is going to acknowledge it . Waitress needs a class in Personality 101. She was Robotic. Heard her arguing to another customer about what he ordered and what he received. She tried to tell him that he ordered wrong instead of just getting the correct item.
We have been here many times. We went last night for my husband's birthday and took my aunt and cousin. It was their first time. It was the worst service we have ever had. It was very slow. My husband and i love the place. Good atmosphere and food is excellent. My husband has a steak and I have salmon. Bartenders are pretty good and service is always good. Most of the staff are very friendly and pretty quick with whatever you need. Manager Seth and assistant manager Macey really do a great job. We see them helping out a lot and always ready to talk with the customers. Just to ask how things are or answer any questions. We have taken many people to check the place out.
