We waited for nearly 30min. after our reservation before finally receiving our table. Our server was friendly; however, he didn't get the sequence to our dinner correctly. Our entree came first before our appetizers. By that time we couldn't eat much of it. Throughout the entire evening we were given an apology; late table, running out of main entrees, incorrect sequence of order etc. I was ready to start apologizing to them for choosing that restaurant. I definitely had to apologize to my lady for taking her to that place.
They overcharged (and overdrew) me, said it was banks fault (bank seems to disagree), now im being ignored by corporate and being denied any return. Feeling pretty robbed.
