I have been to this location a couple of times and today I have had to worse service I have ever had. The waitress was rude. She never came by to see what we needed and when we finally got a managers attention. She said she would be checking and helping us and 30 min passed and still no word from her either. Never again coming here again. By the way our waitress name is kaitlynn she works at the bar area. She needs to change job is she is going to helping her customers like this.
My husband and I have gone to Black Angus Steakhouse for many many years. The last 2 times we have gone the lobster was bad. Really bad. I only eat the lobster that's what I go there for, my hubby goes for the prime rib. Their salad is awesome, but when the lobster is bad we won't be going back. They need to change where they buy their lobster, or check into why it's bad. Use to be our favorite resturant.
I like the food here especially the steaks and salads is also a clean restaurant....
Your food is awesome but your waitresses are the worst in town, I can't believe it!! Really, they should work at McDonald's!!
Just had the Prime Rib & Lobster ,was outstanding, Medium Well, Hats off to the chef for job well done! Very charming staff ! What great dinner !Luv it !
