worst service ever....we sat down at 5:30 p.m. they took our order we did not finish till 7:40...everything they brought to the table took 20 minutes minimum....very sad!!

We had the most fabulous (as usual) time at our favorite restaurant last night for my birthday. It was busy but we weren’t neglected by our efficient and cordial server. The food came promptly and everyone was pleased with their order...cooked to perfection. Black Angus offers a generous birthday coupon for a free steak dinner valued at $20.99 which I used and appreciated. No scrimping on quality either. The Bakersfield Black Angus is a well managed establishment which is probably why the place was packed on a Monday night.
