Best prime rib, good atmosphere, period!
We have always had a wonderful experience here! Prime Rib is out of this world! Service was outstanding! We all enjoyed the different dishes we had every time we went there! Highly recommend!!!
The server didnt ask how I wanted my steak to be cooked. I received it on medium well.... I would have liked it medium rare. I also ordered a lobster tail. Once i was reaching the end of it... there was a pile of dirt... so the last of my lobster was nasty and full of sand. Super disapointed.... the food was bland and overpriced.
*HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES* We had been there twice lately including tonight and about 4 months ago. Both time, the hostess did not express any welcome messages at all and both times and we were brought to be seated in a very quiet area where nobody came by for at least 10 minutes. Managers did not come out to check on us or express any apology at all. I do not blame server but the management as this is a poor coordination and bad customer services.
