Excellent steak and lobster was superbly prepared. Jeff, the manager was very hospitable and very caring. Overall, an enjoyable experience.
Delicious food. The only real reason why I wouldn't go back was the wait time.
The food was good, however, the time it took to order get served and out the door was almost 3 hours.
The service was awful.. had a 6:30 reservation. Waitress didn't put in our orders until an hr later.. I ordered one mojito and was never asked if I wanted another drink. I was never offered water. We had a party of 14 people. The food was good, but the service was terrible...

Service was kind of slow and felt ignored most of the visit. Changed waitresses about 3 times, waited 30 min to get seated but was expected not problem there but waited another 25 to 30 to get someone to take an order. My last waitress was very pleasant and made up for some of my Birthday Visit. so gave her a healthy tip. Probably wont be going back though.
The wait time to get seated was really slow about 30 to 40 minute wait not to mention an additional 30 minute wait to get served water or take our drink order. Once they changed our waitress the service was much better she was very pleasant and attentative. Then we encounter a confusing situation with our total bill when it came to the Birthday discount is really tricky. FYI make sure you read and understand the fine print. My overall visit is fair with the restaurant but excellent second waitress (Stephanie).
Our food was good as always, but our server (Soupy) was wonderful! We were celebrating the 1st. Birthday of a family member, and the attention Soupy took with him was very sweet! Thank you!
