Last time we went the food was ok and the service was great, yesterday the food was great and the service was less than desirable .
Excellent food and service but quite expensive and didn't wait that long to be seated. Maybe because we went on weeknight.
I was not happy with what my waitress said on our dinner. We had a coupon and she was not very helpful.. I go at least 4 times a month. Not sure if i want to go back as I'm not a very happy Customer.........

Server was great. She did her best under adverse conditions. Two people on the floor, with one being the bartender. Manager nowhere to be seen. Overall the place is worn out. Men's bathroom stunk, was dirty and equipment was falling apart. Booths are well worn and stained. Woodwork is worn and dirty. Even the exterior and parking lot needs refurbishment. Very disappointing. Food was good.
My daughter brought me here for a girls day out. The food was fantastic, waitress was nice, they seated us right away and service was quick. Overall experience was awesome. 10/10. 5 thumbs up!
I get it 1 star because you have to with Black Angus sucks call 3 hours in advance to make reservations have family meet you there they said there is no reservation you called find out what's going on they never call you back just keep getting the answering machine if you like being treated like s*** go here
