I took my niece & nephew that were visiting from Texas. The drinks, appetizers & food were ordered at the same time. Our drinks were delivered with no problem. Then the appetizer are there after. Our server delivered my salad 15 minutes later. We asked our server about our order & she said they're working on it. Finally after an hour, our food arrived. We asked for the manager & he said there was a convention & wasn't expecting that many patrons. He apologize. Thank goodness the food was delicious & well worth the wait.
Our server Chris is awesome! Whenever we go to to the Federal way one we ask for him! He's friendly, he tells us about the food on the menu we're not sure about, and He always makes sure our drinks don't go dry! The food is always on point, especially our steaks!
State of the Courtyard Marriott across the street from this restaurant so it was within walking distance I have to say had a great steak sides were excellent and the bar service was phenomenal
Had a nice birthday dinner there. Food and customer service were great!!
