This place has changed my life. The BKM family is so supportive, everyone pushes you to meet your goals. Briant (the owner) treats every client as an individual and caters to your personal needs, you can tell he genuinely cares about everyones success and overall health. BKM is worth every penny! I have lost 63lbs in roughly 6 months with no pills, fad dieting, or starvation! I have tried MANY plans but I have never come across anything like BKM or felt as motivated to stick with the program.
I give BKM five stars and a circle ! The atmosphere is phenomenal , it's a place where a work out buddies becomes family ! Best gym that I've ever belonged to ! Come on in try it once so that you'll be hooked like I am !

I love the people....all the trainers, but yes Mr. BRIANT goes hard, pushes you, motivates you, and so do the people who work out with you. BKM family wouldn't trade them!!!
