I really enjoy these classes. He’s firm and pushes you but makes sure you are safe and not over doing it to the point you can hurt yourself. The music is awesome and hype. Now if someone could teach him how to count so we are not stuck on number 7 for ten reps! Lol.
This is a true family! I love it here. I've been here for only 2 weeks so far and Joe never liked coming to workout, but I do here. I'm seeing results and I love it!

I LOVE BKM! My godmom Shernetta Bouier-Blue referred me because she loves it and looks amazing. I finally made it to BKM boot camp, my friend Monica invited me but she did not tell me all the details. I’m glad she didn’t because I probably would have changed my mind. It was hard work the first day but the more I Come I’m sure it will get easier. I really enjoyed my first visit and can’t wait to go back Saturday! I plan on joining thanks again BKM staff and Monica for a great experience.
