OMG!!!! Best workout ever! I IWILL be back for GOOD!!!! Hurt like HECK that evening but as long as Walgreens sells EPSOM SALT, I'm good! Great energy and lots of enthusiasm here! Can't wait til Monday! Looking forward to more great times here at BKM!!! i can tell this is ADDICTIVE but what can be better???
