The older I get--- the more experiences I have with people (family and non-family) the MORE important it is for me to place myself in situations, with people that are safe. More specifically, SAFE black spaces where I can be myself, work out, express myself, work on myself--- It's a deliberate choice for my mental and physical health. BKM Fitness is just that for me!!
