It has a variety of products but when you're checking out the lines are halfway through the store!
Just wanted to thank the employees that were working this afternoon. My daughter had her first nosebleed which caught both of us off guard. I was actually at the return counter in the middle of a transaction when I saw blood on my daughter's face. The woman behind the counter tried so hard to find a tissue and as we tried to make it to the bathroom, another employee sprung to action and offered ice and more towels. It really meant a lot that there are still people out there that care and want to help out.
I'm trying 2 get a group 2 help protest against Bjs 4 the way they treat their employees or x-employees. I no of at least 6 women who went on maternity leave and didn't get paid for it and almost lost their homes. Then we go to the News Media and help these women get some sort of compensation 4 their years of service 2 this unloyal company.
As wholesale clubs go, this place is above average. I have to say my favorite thing about this store is an employee from the optical department named Deborah. Whenever I have a question or issue, she always helps me resolve it. She is also quite pleasant and seems eager to help.
40 minutes in line for the express lane...8 items or less...some people had at least 20 things in their carts, and no one said anything at all!
I have been standing at the register for 1:15. The computers went down at 7:00p and it is now 8:15p. Nothing significant is being done to accommodate the customers like myself that spent hrs shopping only to wait this long. They can't even give us an estimate on when the systems will be back up. And it's more unbelievable that IT hasn't been notified in order to correct the problem. They have announced numerous times that we can go to another location that us anywhere from 30mins to an hr away. Worst experience ever!!
I like the BJs in New Castle better .The lines were half way down the store.
