BJ’s management seems t think that an effective business model is to cut back on service. Food counter is gone, now cashiers are on their way out. They are directing people to use self serve registers. This customer is going elsewhere.
Pedro went above and beyond to help us during checkout and was very helpful !
Woman at front door was very rude. Out of chicken and turkey both items had coupons.cashier was new and wasnt quite ready to fly solo yet. Managements fault not hers. Long lines without all registers being open. An hour in line.bathrooms were filthy
