I had a very disappointing experience at BJ’s Optical. I was simply asking questions about the price of the lenses because I wanted to understand the cost clearly. During the conversation, the employee told me, “I’m not playing games here.” I found that comment very disrespectful and unprofessional. I was only trying to get information about the pricing, and I expected to be treated politely as a customer. Very friendly and efficient
Bjs eye appt is the easiest and fastest way of having your prescription from a doctor face to face. I am having it every year and super happy on my experience. Staff is nice and friendly. They know their job very well and answer all my questions. I had no wait time and getting my own glasses done in a week. Definitely recommended!
