I was pleasantly surprised with the experience at BJ's Optical. I was seen promptly and was impressed with the completeness of the testing. Having a combination of both in-person and telehealth in one visit was interesting, and the technology was impressive. The tech who helped me in person was very nice and made sure I understood all of the steps that were taken. While I do have Vision insurance, getting an appointment with a new doctor would have taken a long time. This was easy.
