Absolutely disgusting behavior . I WASNT EVEN GETTING TOWED. Not only did the tower repeatedly disrespected me after i was kind because i understand not everyone is kind to people in this industry but instead he decided to tell me to “go f myself “ AND he made a racial comment to me while driving away!!! I called the company to let them know about his behavior and they respond “he wouldnt act like that” i never gave a name, address or truck number. I asked for a managers email multiple time and was never given one.

This company is disrespectful and only cares about getting paid. I used Bivins Wrecker Services when my car was totaled. The tow truck driver went through toll roads @10:00pm on a Thursday. I got a bill in the mail and Bivins Wrecker Service refused to pay and said to "call my insurance" or "call the toll roads." and "they are not held responsible for payment."

The receptionist was rude and asked me why it took me so long to contact them for a receipt. She in return hung up on me.

If I could give them 0 stars and still post a review, I would. Very unprofessional and inadequate customer service!
