I've shopped and they are the best! After paying 280 dollars at another shop, I heard from a friend at church that this place was the only place that he would take a computer. 70 dollars and three days later it is the only place I will take mine! The staff was great to work with. They took the time to explain my camera software to me and how it all worked in a language that I understood. They have a large staff that seems to have a person in every expertise. Thank you Bits and PCs!

By far the best you will find in the State. I have been a customer of Bit's and PC's for over 10 years. Jason (Owner) is the best and he only hires top people. His staff are well trained, friendly and professional. The price could not be better and the service and quality are always first class. Be patient and get the best, high quality service the first time or go to someone else and maybe get it faster and surely have it fail later.

They gave me Relief! Priceless! I highly recommend this computer store! My laptop crashed with not only all my wedding photos on it but also my parents 50th anniversary party! I first brought it to another store in town- they told me there was nothing they could do to get my pictures back. I was so distraught and was telling one of my coworkers when she suggested Bits & PCs. I brought my laptop in there without much hope, but the worker told me he thought he might be able to help me. I have been a customer for 5 years and am very satisfied. I have been bringing my computers, both personal and for my business to Bits & PCs for over 5 years. I own a business that requires me to store my clients sensitive, personal information and am completely comfortable entrusting those computers to them.
