Don't go anywhere else This company is great!I would highly recommend this business for all computer repairs. The staff in this store is helpful, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They fixed my computer and restored documents destroyed by a terrible virus that I was told by another store were unfixable. Prices are competitive and turnaround time is quick. You will get your money's worth and can be confidant your computer is protected. I will not take my computer anywhere else
Best in the West Bits and PCs is the greatest- I drive 40 miles roundtrip to go there. They have been working on my computers for 5 years and as long as I can afford to pay the taxes and endure the regulations of living in Oregon, I will continue to come to Bits and PCs. Tara and Jason are great. They are affordable and have the best rates in town and I am happy to pay.

Rude I had an issue with this company in the past. They are rude, beyond rude. I can't understand how they are still open. I went in to buy my husband some new gaming upgrades for his computer. I let the guy know what computer I had and what was in it. Bits & Pc's sold me some stuff, said it would work in my computer and sent me on my way. The Best Computer Shop Bits & PCs Computer in Salem on Commercial street is the best place to call for any of your computer and/or networking needs in my own opinion! Every time I call them, they are superb. They help me with my process of installing 300 ft Ethernet cable to my new office in the shop. So cool to have superb computer support for LESS.
THE BEST I have dealt with Bits and PCS for about eight years. I have dealt with two other computer places and I have to tell you that there is none that can compare to Bits and PCS. They are friendly, helpful and very trustworthy, honorable, along with knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone without fear of being wrong!
Bits Service Not many places to go for computer help these days, at least ones you trust. I'm really surprised at the user reviews on here, a lot of hit and miss. I think a lot of negative reviews are based on the fact not many people understand the instability of technology. BAD SERVICE Been to the shop 4 times. Every time was when they said it would be done. First it was supposed to be done on Friday. It's now Tuesday. No laptop. She said it will be done in 2 hrs. Don't have a clue how she can get it down to the hour when they can't even get it to the day. I think they suck!!!!!!!!!
Surprised to read anything bad- the staff is good there Just like the man a couple of reviews down I am surprised to read the bad reviews. I have been taking mine and my families computers here for almost 5 years and I think the staff is great. They are always helpful and answer all my dumb questions. Especially Josh is super patient. I would tell anyone to go there. The manager is a nice lady and always makes sure things are fixed right. The people who were unhappy should have talked to her she would have fixed it.
