Disappointed I brought my computer in because it was running very slow. I don't live in Salem and I was only visiting my dad for two weeks. The technician told me they could speed it up and it needed to be cleaned or something like that. I picked my computer up and paid expecting it to be much faster and when I got home most of my programs wont even run. Missing dll files and other errors. love it! THIS PLACE IS FREAKING AWESOME!!! Best computer store i've been to on the West Coast. Jason's a great guy and is good at what he does! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE! GO THERE!
Ask for Jason Jason is the only one at this shop who really is good. I wont deal with any one else there. Ask for Jason when you go in.
Probably won't go back We recently took our computer to Bits & Pc's because it was soo slow we could hardly get any where. They told us it could take two weeks or more unless we wanted to pay an extra $ 30.00 some odd dollars, to get ahead of the line. I considered that a form of blackmail and I did not pay it. The bottom line is, they did fix my computer but it took two weeks and I called everyday begging to get it back. I don't believe I would go back to them.
Just too slow My son and I had a similar experience to the last poster. Weeks went by and we always got a different story why it was not done. I wont be going back. The computer was fixed but what was supposed to be a few days took 22 days.

Excellent customer service! I recently brought my computer in for repair. After checking out what was wrong with it, I got a call the very next day explaining the problems in a way my non-technical brain could understand. They fixed my computer and got it back to me within a week. The staff was incredibly friendly. I would tell anyone and everyone to take their computer to Bits & PCs.
