I did not have a positive experience with this business. I took a laptop computer in which I thought might need fan cleaning or replacement. In a series of actions taken by Mr. Gholson, the owner, the laptop was returned to me non-functioning. I have made a complaint to the BBB, however Mr. Gholson has made a good faith gesture in resolving this (without the BBB's involvement), so I am willing to do the same, and drop the complaint or consider it resolved.
