I have eaten there a few times before and the food was good but this time I was there for lunch and ordered the vegetable plate. The only thing I really liked was the squash casserole. The creamed corn and turnip greens tastes funny and the butter peas and peas that were mixed together were tasteless!

I was part of a party of 6. We have enjoyed dining there in the past but Not last night. Service was good but food was poor. One of those in our party ordered the tenderloin and it was tough and she sent it back. Her thought was it was poor quality of beef. None of us thought our food was good. We do not plan to return. Does anyone know if the management had changed?
Fabulous food, casual atmosphere. A place I will return to when in the area.
Wonderful service and the crawfish boil, hands down, THE Best! Seasoning was out of this world flavorful with a kick. Not a regular menu item, so it’s a real treat when offered.

The food was fabulous but the service was very slow. Our waitress was great but it took over two hours for lunch for four.
