After being disappointed at some of the so called Knoxville finest, Bistro is at the top of our list as the finest.
Food was great. However our waiter decided himself that my mother and and I were not worthy to tell the evening specials to. Everyone around were having these delightful meals( ones I was looking forward to) but didn't have the opportunity to partake. So upsetting. Told General Manager but who knows. Never offered a comp if anything. The waiter said when confronted that he "assessed" us and didn't think we needed to know. Really.
We have a phenomenal dinner on New Year'a Eve. The atmosphere, the food, the service - perfect!
