Their marketing is “made in America” “pro-America”, yet their products clearly are labeled “MADE IN CHINA”. I wouldn’t care, but a company that blatantly lies, and uses US military pictures & paraphernalia to market those lies is not worth one penny.

Customer service is out standing! Made a big order that didn't get shipped. They made it right. When the order showed up they had put in an extra 24 can soft cooler in along with about $150 of accessories. Sold me right then plus the coolers are great!

The BEST cooler I've ever had...a Beach Essential!
Awesome product, I've had it for a few years now and has never let me down. Also, the warranty department is on top of it. I emailed with an issue with my drain plug housing and they sent me out a replacement and had it in a few days.
best USA made soft cooler ever! keeps food cool and drinks for up to 8 hours. totally love their customer service too.
