love my Bison cooler. After a lot of hard days I finally lost a rubber footing on my cooler. reached out to customer service and there was a response in 30 minutes and the part was shipped out the same day. Can't beat customer service like that.

Very happy with customer service and my 22oz tumbler. But Disappointed tumblers aren’t made in USA, but China Hopefully they will consider making all their products in USA.
The zipper on my cooler is junk. Personally I think a zipper should last longer then two years. Would not recommend.

Their customer service and warranty process are excellent! I messaged them via Facebook a question about their product and receive a prompt response. Filed a warranty claim last Tuesday for the lid on my cup, receive a reply and resolution within hours and the replacement lid delivered on Friday! I look forward to purchasing 1 of their coolers in the future.
They produced an amazing product I use mine every single day!!!!
