The zipper on my cooler is junk. Personally I think a zipper should last longer then two years. Would not recommend.

Their customer service and warranty process are excellent! I messaged them via Facebook a question about their product and receive a prompt response. Filed a warranty claim last Tuesday for the lid on my cup, receive a reply and resolution within hours and the replacement lid delivered on Friday! I look forward to purchasing 1 of their coolers in the future.
