Bish's RV started in Idaho Falls, Idaho in 1991 by the Jenkins Family. We had no intention of evolving into the largest RV Dealer in Idaho, but it happened! Over 25 years later and 4 stores to serve our loyal customers in, Bish's RV has grown beyond our wildest dreams. Yet the same humble ideals are stressed, so that no matter where you live, no matter where you camp, no matter which highway you may travel, you are an important part of the Bishs' RV Family of satisfied customers, and this is "Where Memories Begin."

Take advantage of elderly customers. Do not follow through with promises to fix items. Loved taking the money though. I would give them a 1 maybe if not a zero.

I will never purchase another camper from Bish's they are all eager to sell you something but not eager to do what they say to fix issues. They talk a big game about 10 point inspection and everything will be in working order, well that is a lie. We purchased a 2010 Alpine Keystone used went to pick up and the front motor and stabilizers were bad...they tried to get us to take it and turn crank it. When we refused they said they would fix but didn't bother to check the back stabilizers. They had the camper for another almost... read more

RecommendedGreat experience and I highly recommend Bish’s RV in Idaho Falls. We live two hundred miles away and found the make, floor plan, and color 27’ motorhome we wanted on their website. So we called and talked to Regge about it, and he even walked us through it via FaceTime. Horrible customer service and the Route 66 warranty is $4000+ and absolutely worthless. Don’t ever deal with Bish’s RV. And the service department was often condescending and unhelpful.
A shoutout to a Service Tech named “Jose” (“Ho-say” just for pronunciation purposes) at Bish’s, Idaho Falls, Idaho. Brief backstory—We RV’ers in Pocatello, Idaho, very unfortunately, lost our Bish’s facility sometime since last fall. Who knew? post your prices on line so we can shop without having a 10th degree interview over something we are just looking at. this is really sad that you wont even post the prices without calling. I wont buy from you that way and apparently I am not the only one from posts.
was very dissatisfied with the way I was treated afterwards service department was disrespect to me and my wife sales manager would tell me he would look into the issue but wouldn't return my calls very dissatisfied
My fault, I fell for the sales pitch of the sales manager, and they financed about $4600 than sticker price and tax. They were honest about my ability to cancel right away (I did so a few days later) and was told that the monies would be applied to principal of the loan in 3-4 weeks. It took 6 weeks, and after week four I had to remind their finance contact. I feel that if I hadn't, they'd still be sitting on that money.
