The manager here is incompetent and over confident! I came in saturday with mid back length hair to get a veey drastic mohawk style cut. I brought a picture and told him a little longer than the picture and he acted as if he knew what he was doing...it ended up being shorter and he botched the whole style. Lines were uneven length not blended and to top it off he was completely unremorseful for screwing up...it was devasting and i had to go get it fixed and am having to go to a barber today just to get the lines evened out..... read more

My Grandson just received the worst haircut at this location. He's only two, has very little hair, however they managed to give him the strangest, sloppy, boys cut I've ever seen. Extremely disappointed that they charged $34 for his haircut. We called and they said they charge by the amount of hair they cut? No refunds or adjustment equals BAD customer service and BAD haircuts. All my Sellwood peeps beware.
Candy is incredibly awesome. Her intuition is remarkable. She understands what I try to say to her. Her sense of color is lovely. She has made me blonde w purple and blue highlights. I love it. Plus, each and ever time I'm at the shop, the other artists spend 20-30 minutes sweeping, disappear in the back, or hang out at the desk while several clients are sitting in the chair. If it wasn't for Candy, there is no way in hell I would be a client.
Keli cut my two year old sons hair today which was way over due, really long and curly. She was amazing and I can't thank her enough! The whole staff was so nice. My husband got a cut as well. We will not only be definitely returning but I would recommend them not just for grown ups but little ones too! I can't thank them enough!!
