Had an urgent situation and was given an appointment less than 2 hours after I called. My pet was handled well, and the Dr. called to follow up after a consult with a specialist. I am satisfied so far.
Everyone is very caring and professional. I have been bringing my furry kids here for years. Their extended hours are great too. I have liked every vet I have seen. Techs and office staff great too.
From the front desk, to the techs and the Vets (especially Dr Janice Cain for Reproduction), the care is top notch. Only draw back is the traffic I have to fight to get there and back since I live an hour away.
We went through a tragic loss of our two 16 year old poodles a week apart. Dr. Vega was outstanding, caring, dropped everything just to sit and talk with us. He made the process personal and really helped us get to where we needed to be. We will be taking our standard poodle Isabella to him from now on.
So happy with Dr Scott and the rest of the people there that care very much about the Pets that we bring in.
