This was our first time seeing Dr. Wong since our other doctor has retired. She was friendly, curteous, professional, and explained things so I could easily understand. I knew how to carry out her treatment plan bc she explained it well. Thank you Dr. WONG!
Dr. Kristel Weaver was very caring with my dog, very thorough in her examination, and spent plenty of time with us and did not seem rushed, which I really appreciate.
Getting ready to leave for a trip and noticed my dog had a foxtail in his ear the night before. Called as soon as they opened at 7 a.m. and they were able to get me in at 7:50. My boy was not real talkative so they had to sedate him and they got the foxtail out in about 15 minutes. They waited for him to come out of sedation and I was out of there by 9:15 a.m. I was impressed with the cost as it was not as high as I was expecting after reading horror stories online. I can not say enough good things abut Bishop Ranch Veterinary. I had to recently say goodbye to my cat Meg. Dr. Winson was incredibly sweet and made us feel so comfortable. From the minute we walked in, the front desk immediately taking us to a room, to the Dr.'s wonderful bedside manner and a technician walking us through the back. Such a sad and heart aching time was made so peaceful and felt OK thanks to the staff. We really appreciate you!
We have had Dr. Vega for years for our feline babies....When he moved from Northgate Vet in Manteca back to San Ramon there was no hesitation to drive to see him. He is very caring, knowledgeable, and when he states he will follow up in a couple of days....He does just that! I feel very comfortable at BRV and the staff is very helpful.
We just had to follow Dr Vega it to Bishop Ranch he does a tremendous job with our babies! Great place
