Our dog stepped on a bee. We thought we could treat it as we didn't see the stinger. After watching him for an hour we decided to bring him to in. They had no problem taking us at 7:30. Lucky for us one the doctor who treated our dog had treated him for a prior foot injury. Thank you Bishop Ranch for taking care of our boy.

Best experience ever with all my dogs. Highly recommend. Doesn't get much better than this, AND they are energy efficient. Check out their "new changes" on their website!! Solar powered, water recycling, cardboard recycling, added trees, landscape swales to redirect rain water, electronic medical records, etc. and they continue on this wonderful path. Slightly more in price but Dr.Vega really takes the time and doesn't rush the explanations. We are happy here! They take great care of your furbabies.
Thank you Bishop Ranch for making this concerned dog mama's visit a good experience. I am visiting the area and chose Bishop Ranch based on Yelp reviews when my dog got an ear infection. Impressed with the staff and the timeliness of the appointment. My little 16 year old Cairn terrier gets extremely nervous in waiting rooms which, in return, makes me anxious when I have to watch him shaking. I spent more time researching vets for my Husky than my own doctors. I ended up sticking with Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center & Urgent Care in San Ramon, where my mom brings our family dogs and her working dog (and I believe the majority of the Sheriff's Dept brings their Search & Rescue K9s). It's a 45min drive from me but I feel they're absolutely worth it. My favorite is Dr. Wong. She is the type to give you the detailed facts and not sugarcoat it. A+ for the job they do from the front counter until you leave would highly reccommend
I love this place. I love that their office visit doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I love our veterinarian, and I love that if she isn't available, there's a huge staff to accommodate us.
