I called to have my printer repaired. They answered at first, then transferred me to an extension that did not work. When I tried to call back, they screened my calls and sent me to voicemail. Horrible service.
The service tech has been onsite three different times, brought parts twice, we were expecting them here early yesterday with the "correct" part again but they were a no-show. We are now well over a month without our printer/scanner. This is highly unacceptable business. Also, would it hurt to clean up your mess after each visit?
Great service. I have an HP laser printer I got from a box store. When I needed toner I talked with Tom. The prices were fair and they will maintain my printer for free (labor free, must pay for any parts needed) as long as I by the toner through them even though I didn't buy the printer from them. Great Job. Will Recommend
