Building construction and management are a nightmare. Hard to keep one bedroom warm, water pooling on floors near window . The glass seems so thin, I can hear outside easily and during storms this units so uncomfortable it’s hard to sleep.
Unit 801 property manager is horrible. The private elevators were closed down for months. There is a noise that happens in the unit at all hours of the night when it’s windy due to poor sealant on windows. I have been woken during the night due to it. I expected so much from Biscayne Beach and now can’t wait to leave. Our unit is not comfortable when it storms. Management is First Service Residential which is well worth the google review search…Lack professionalism and discretion.
