Hello!!! Realtors don't go there. THET DON'T PAY THE COMMISSION that they promised. Julio Alfaro, the Assistant manager there, they pretend to listen to you and they don't care. The lady lady with dreadlocks is a scam, I actually asked her, where to put my name on the list to collect a commission for a client that I took there. I will keep letting 1 star!!! as they keep avoiding me!!
I just want to give a big shoutout to Isabella, Evelyn, Sofia, Ana, and the maintenance team — they’re truly an amazing management team! You can already see the positive changes happening around the property, and it’s clear they really care about the residents and the community. Everything feels more organized, responsive, and welcoming. Great job to the whole team!
This property is a DISASTER. I have been living here since August of 2022 and during that time the place has seen a serious decline. As the other reviews mentioned the carpets are disgusting there is dog poop everywhere and the outside areas are muddy and gross but the most concerning part is the serious lack of security. The garage gates have remained wide open for months and the alarms on the doors no longer work. Management says that they are taking these concerns seriously yet they are not being addressed.
