Yolanda really impressed me with her knowledge about nutrition. She is a great midwife and very easy to talk with. She helped us welcome our third baby girl into this world. It was a perfect birth.
My grand-babies were born in 1998, 2000, 2002 and 2005, all by Yolanda. She is amazing! Her technique is amazing. My biggest grandson was 9 pounds 9 ounces, but she had no trouble delivering him. I was there for 3 of the births, but the last one, and only girl, came pretty fast. As a doula, I took great care in choosing a provider when I was pregnant with my son. I deeply value Yolanda's experience, her certainty and her honesty. She has the ability to cut through any uncertainty with clear truth. She is an incredible asset to the community. As a doula I love serving her clients. I find that her clients are much more educated and confident in their choices and it makes my job that much easier. I can't recomend her enough. I love her. If you only have one birth, be picky and choose the best!
Both of our babies were born with Yolanda. The care and guidance that she provided for each baby was suited perfectly for two very different births! We are thrilled with Yolanda's thorough understanding of the birth process and her passion for assisting clients through their pregnancy, birth, and the weeks after. My husband went from "no way jose!" to a home birth, to after our FIRST meeting with Yolanda, switching 180* and bugging me to book her! She did not disappoint. She was amazing. It's hard to put into words the impact that Yolanda had not only on my birth experience, but also on my life in general. Mine and my family's time with her truly was transformational. We were blessed not only with a beautiful daughter, but also with this lasting sense of empowerment and faith.
