Was bounced around by multiple who didn't seem to know where to transfer me for my initial VA primary caregiver appointment and eventually was transferred to ext 332491 then waited for over 30 mins on hold while they tried to "get in contact with someone" while I could hear people in the background joking around. I ended up hanging up and going somewhere else.
