Dr. Hale, has a great bedside manor, he quickly put two new parents at ease, and explained everything. We have been seeing him for 5 years now, and it is always a pleasure. He shows genuine interest and love for our daughter and family. After being in the NICU for a week, with complications, I had reservations about the entire medical profession, but Dr. Hale restored my faith. I started taking my son to see Dr Hale after Dr Johnston retired and we love him! He is very informative, patient, and my son loves him!
If your baby is normal with no delays then you’re good. My son was 10 months old when we finally switched because his psychical delays were not talked about. He was not sitting up, barely good with his head, not crawling. WE had to push for early intervention. Dr. Hale did nothing even though we told them he wasn’t doing any of these things! Was in and out of the room in 5 minutes. Borderline malpractice
