My wife and I were referred to Mark Achuff and Birmingham Mortgage Group and we could not have been happier about the results. It was our first home so we were new to the mortgage process and Mark took about an hour one Saturday morning to talk through everything with us so we would know what to expect. Mark and his team were very easy to work with and kept us informed and made sure everything stayed on track. They were great to work with and made the process simple and easy for us to understand.
Mark Acuff went. He went and beyond to help Tom and myself with our mortgage. An incorrect credit score was submitted by a bank that took us four plus weeks to correct, and Mark advised us all along the way and how to proceed within the time limits of keeping our rate.
