called several weeks ago to this group because I have parasites. My primary doctor referred me here. There was a huge wait list,, but after reading about parasites on their site and their rating; I felt ok waiting even tho my symptoms have gotten worse. When I originally called , she told me they see patients with parasites. Well guess what? I waited a week. Never heard anything ,so I called this office today. I was sent here by my Surgeon. I � absolutely loved the nurse that took care of me. She was the sweeetest! The doctor also took his time to explain things to me. Very nice people!
We recently had need of the services of Birmingham ID & Infusion. We had no idea a facility like this existed but are so thankful for Dr. Lapidus & his staff. Sharon, Joe, Lisa, Mary, Lindsey, Caprice & Michelle were professional yet friendly, making the trip every day from Clay/Trussville enjoyable! We made some new friends with the staff & even other patients & will miss seeing them every day but are so happy we graduated today!!!! Birmingham ID & Infusion is the BEST!!! 😷
After spending a week in the hospital with sepsis, I had to complete a two-week round of IV antibiotics when discharged. Birmingham Infusion was offered as an alternative choice to home health care visits & I am so glad you are now here to provide this service! Everyone I encountered here was professional, knowledgeable & so friendly that it made that unpleasant part of my treatment fly by. No regrets & wish all of you well!
