I love Birdwatch. We are a family with 3 little kids, two working adults, and there's almost never enough time to get all the house projects done. Personally, I am not a handyman either, so I worry I am going to screw something up -- and then it's just another several weeks of having a project "in progress" at our house. Birdwatch simply takes care of all of these worries. They're responsive, organized, and the work they've done in our kitchen and bathrooms has been excellent.

I have been using Birdwatch DC since February of this year. Months worth of unfinished projects have now been completed. They send the most professional and friendly contractors. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'll be honest: I was a skeptic at first and I rarely write reviews unless I feel very strongly about something, so when I say that Birdwatch is absolutely fantastic, I mean it! Birdwatch has been so helpful! The first time I used it all of my hard wired fire alarms were going off, and (despite using google and youtube) I couldn't figure out why or how to disconnect them. I put in a message to my Project Manager and he quickly walked me through disconnecting the tamper pins and fire alarms from the ceiling and set up an electrician to replace all of our fire alarms (they were over 10 years old). I can't thank the Birdwatch team enough for their help in getting our property ready for a sale. We had many last minute items come up as we were trying to navigate getting our apartment ready for a final walk through. We had lost keys, a misplaced garage remote and the need to replace a hot water heater that wasn't heating properly.
