The award-winning carrot cupcake was excellent with a good balance of the sweet flavor and nuts. Bonus points on the shredded carrots inside. Best cupcake ever had and I'll come back to try different creations. Grade: A+
I would highly recommend the Bird Bakery. My friend hosted a baby shower and the Stawberry cake was Amazing! Also, the chicken sandwich was superb! I will definitely go back! !

Loved this place so much first visit that I couldn't wait to host a small friend's celebration gathering . 2 special friends arrive- never had been- and by 12:00 and tomato soup in out�. Oh well....
Wonderful cupcakes and coffee. Our sandwiches were very well done and the squash soup was delightful. So nice to have a good bakery back in highland park
