Wow. First time here and well worth the drive from Coppell. I had their popular California turkey sandwich as recommended by a salesperson. It did not disappoint me! I also took home several bakery items. Their carrot cake and red velvet cupcakes are delicious! I definitely will go back again.

I’ve been wanting to go to Bird Bakery for over a year now. I just had to make my way either to Dallas or San Antonio. Luckily, my niece’s family relocated to Dallas from D.C., so I visited as soon as I could. Bird Bakery was as fabulous as I had anticipated! Nine of us went, so we pretty much tried everything. Every bite was delicious! Now I’m sad that there’s not a store in Houston.
Excellent staff, elegant presentations, delicate and not-too-sugary sweets. Truly worthy a quick stop 😉

Ordering pies over the phone was easy and so was picking them up! I was pretty surprised at how massive the apple pie was when I got home, but I tried a piece of pastry that was broken off and it was amazing. I can’t guarantee that it will make it to the Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow 😂👍🏻
