Everything about Northwood is good. It starts with email and text message reminders about your appointment. The front desk staff are always professional and very friendly. The lobby is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Pam, like all the RDHs, is a wonderful person and made sure I didn't have any questions or issues with my teeth. Both Taple and Thomas are good dentists. I always leave knowing I've received the best service possible.
Northwoods Dental has a state of the art facility. Their schedulers are very accomdating and their doctors and staff are second to none. Recently my husband was out of town for business when a tooth chipped. I phoned Northwoods on a closed business day. I was surprised to hear that both doctors had contact numbers to call in case of emergencies. Dr Thomas met us at his office shortly after my husbands plane landed. All was taken care of and my husband had a pain free weekend.
Debbie was wonderful. Had an excellent cleaning and great conversation.
I found Northwood Dental online when I was in a desperate situation. It had been a long time since I had a comfortable dental experience. They got me in right away and helped turn it into very comfortable situation. I am happy I called and will definitely go back.
I had a unexpected loss of a filling and called Northwood to see when I could get in to have it repaired. they were able to get me in the same afternoon and they did a great job of fixing the damage. I was in and out is about 30 minutes. Thanks.
