Everyone is very professional. They greet you by name when you walk in the door!
I had visited Northwood Dental originally for a cleaning and 6mo. Check up. It was a great experience. I was immediately greeted by the front desk and checked in. The waiting area is very nice. Lots of chairs, a big flat screen TV and magazines. I only waited a minute or two before being brought back. Dr.Thomas and the hygienist were soo super friendly. My visit was good with appropriate time given for the cleaning/xrays.
Pam is the best hygienist teacher and clinician I have ever been blessed with. Dr Thomas has enhanced my quality of life considerably. Great folks in front, too!
Just had my spring check up after a long winter and couldn't be happier. Let's just say my flossing between visits wasn't conducive for overall gum health. But Debbie shaped me up quite nicely; without an ear-beating even for my slothness. I promise to do better next time! Good job NwD
I was very grateful and impressed with the care that was given to my 90 year old Mother yesterday. Despite the fact that she had not been to the dentist in 3 years her experience was in her words "not as bad as I thought it would be" and she was very happy with all the professionals she came in contact with from the receptionist to Dr. Thomas because they all did their jobs very well and as painless as possible for her. I love my dental folks. Always friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend Northwood's to any Eagan family looking for a good dentist.
Excellent professional care by Dr. Taple and his staff. Great women in the reception area. As far as I'm concerned this is the only dentist that's real. If you need professional care don't waste your time with anyone else.
