Been a patient for several years. As a veteran, I moved around a lot, and have seen very many dentists & techs all around the USA. Northwood Dental is superb - friendly & courteous, flexible with rescheduling when necessary, promptly available when appointment time arrives, excellent service including describing with x-ray image visaids, great at working with kids and adults each at own level, and never ever any push for unnecessary dental work. I arrived a bit late and received a friendly reminder call as I pulled in the parking lot (in addition to my email and text reminders days prior). The hygienist, Chelsea, was ready to see me right away. She was kind and polite to me and my almost 4-year-old daughter who accompanied me to the appointment. I had a very pleasant experience as I always have in the past at Northwood Dental.
I have been with Northwood Dental since I was a kid and never have had a bad experience....except for the cavities...which were my fault. If you are looking for a superb place for your dental needs...I would 100% suggest Northwood Dental!
