What the Mrs and I experienced today during lunch: 1) An extremely friendly and accommodating staff 2) A soundtrack that seemed to come right from a playlist in my iTunes 3) A menu where we literally wanted to try everything on it. 4) Two meals that make it worth traveling across town for.
For those that know me, I can't stop talking about this place. Amazing food, and inspiring for me, as a fellow entrepreneur, and advocate for healthy nutrition. Love the intention behind the Birchwood: local, organic, healthy food, that tastes amazing. Never feel guilty about getting a slice of chocolate bottom coconut cream pie. Honestly, consistently the best desserts around, in my opinion. When you use healthy ingredients, it make such a difference, in taste, in how you feel, and in how you look :)
