The maple squash soup was very flavorful. I tried the beef brisket with maple squash, root vegetables and a divine chocolate aronia berry coulis. One of the best meals I've had EVER. Food was perfectly seasoned (I typically am the condiment queen at the dinner table but in this case I didn't even touch the salt ). Got a piece of maple pumpkin pie to go - which I am sure will be just as fantastic. If you love great food EAT AT BIRCHWOOD!!!
