RecommendedBirchwood is FANTASTIC for vegetarians like myself. The food is creative, delicious and inspired. Even if you’re not vegetarian or vegan, you won’t regret trying the black bean quinoa burger or mushroom sandwich. Chef Marshall and all of the staff are stellar.
