If you're one of those WOKE about the food industry with a fervor for great food, you'd truly appreciate this gem.
Most of us salivate with the thought of the Savory Waffle but have you ever tried Birchwood's Heirloom and Sweet Corn BLT? O.M.G. I ordered it this summer for brunch and cannot get it out of my head. I have been back 3 more times for this sandwich. PS I am gluten free and you wouldn't even know the bread they serve it on is gluten free. I am not the same woman I was before I tasted this sandwich.
